Spot UV varnish finish

To add the finishing touch to your printed materials

Would you like to put certain elements of your design in the spotlight? That's possible – with spot UV varnish. This glossy layer of varnish makes a title, logo or image shine like never before.

A design with spot UV varnish? It's very simple!

UV varnish

Create the design for your printed materials – just like you always do. Save that file as "design".
Now make a new file – with exactly the same dimensions as your "design". Where will you apply UV varnish? You indicate these areas in 100% black. Save this file as "uv".
Placing your printing order
When you order your printed materials, upload the respective files to the correct page in the PrintConcept.co.uk design tool at. That's all there is to it!”

Are both of your files ready? Then save them together in a compressed file (zip). During the ordering process, you must upload the files. Select them from the compressed folder.

Materials printed on both front and back

Is your design printed on the front and back of your materials? Then provide us with two files for each side. For the front, make the files "design front" and "uv front". And for the back? Save "design back" and "uv back". In the UV files, don't forget to indicate in 100% black where the UV varnish must be applied. Everything ready? Then provide us with your documents in high resolution JPG or PDF files.
