Never send us designs, for example, in Word (.doc), PowerPoint (.ppt), Publisher (.pub), QuarkXPress (.qxd), Photoshop (.psd), Illustrator (.ai), InDesign (.indd), CorelDraw (.cdr), PhotoPaint (.cpt) or Paint (.bmp).
